Hermaid is a digital health platform for women navigating menopause, with a parallel value stream for HR and corporate stakeholders. The core UX challenge was combining education, symptom tracking, tele-consultation, and structured care journeys without overwhelming users. I led information architecture and screen design across desktop and mobile, including appointment booking flows, guided questionnaires, insights and journal areas, and post-session feedback loops. The solution balanced medical credibility with empathetic UX, making complex care pathways understandable, actionable, and suitable for long-term engagement.
